    Water-Cooled High-Temperature Refrigerated Air Dryer Industrial Compressed Air Dryer

    Product Description

    High-temperature compressed air, which contains moisture and oil, enters the water-cooled pre-cooler and the 'cold-hot compressed air heat exchanger.' This process pre-cools the compressed air, reducing its temperature.

    The cooled air then enters the evaporator of the 'compressed air-refrigerant' system, where it is cooled to a dew point temperature of 2~10℃. During this process, moisture, oil, and some impurities are condensed. The cooled gas and the condensed moisture, oil, and impurities are separated by a gas-liquid separator.

    The moisture and oil are discharged through an automatic drain valve. The dried compressed air is then reheated in the 'cold-hot compressed air heat exchanger,' resulting in dry compressed air that is nearly at room temperature.

    Design features:

    Core components – two units are produced independently. The compressors are mainly madeof well-known brands such as Panasonic, Copeland, Danfoss,Hanbell, etc., and are alsoequipped with well-known brand refrigeration accessories;

    Equipped with an independent water distribution system and multiple upgrades, the water distribution efficiency is guaranteed;
    3.Wide range of applicable working conditions:
    Using hydrophilic aluminum foil, and the entire series comes standard with heat exchangers and pre-coolers, making it more adaptable to harsh working conditions;
    4.Intelligent dual system design:
    95~180 cubic meters adopts a 1+1 dual compressor design, matching in size, and automatically starts and stops the No.2 compressor according to the load, which is more energy-saving and in situations where gas consumption fluctuates greatly;
    5.Strong customization ability:
    The Color can be customized, PLC can be selected, dry connection points, Modbus communication, Internet of things communication can be customized according to customer needs.
